Products
TJKDesign grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the templates, 3D Boxes, Navbars, and other products distributed through this website in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:
- 1. Limited Usage
- Each individual template may be used on one website only. If you create another website using the same template you must purchase it again. Templates are not to be used as part of an online portfolio to attract business or as part of any online site building utility.
- 2. Modifications
- You may modify the products in any way to fit your purposes and needs. TJKDesign is not responsible for the functionality of modified products, but will offer assistance when possible.
- 3. Unauthorized Use
- You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a removable disk, CD-ROM, website or other medium intended for redistribution or resale without prior written consent from TJKDesign.
- 4. Ownership
- TJKDesign retains copyright and all other rights inherent in the product. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. If you are interested in licensing arrangements, please contact us.
- 5. Liability
- Templates are provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the template. TJKDesign shall not be held liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use our products.
- 6. Assignability
- You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license without prior written consent from TJKDesign.
Our refund Policy
Since TJKDesign is offering non-tangible goods, we do not issue refunds after the product has been shipped. Please make sure that you've carefully read the FAQ section completely. We can only make exceptions when the product appears to be "not as described" for a particular use. This will be ascertained on a case-by-case basis. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

While TJKDesign strives to provide accurate information on this website, it assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions. TJKDesign may change the information on the site, the products offered, or features of the products at any time without notice.
